Taijiwuxigong is a simple but powerful selfhealing system, it involves simple exercises using movement, breath and attention. They are focused to activate the lower Dan Tian, the energycentre in your abdomen. This creates spontaneous movement, it is the body’s own inherent healing force in which the body starts to recorrect itselve and expels tension thus creating health, happiness and creativity on many levels.
